How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Requirementinstantly Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Requirementinstantly Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep written notes.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Requirementinstantly Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send One
Email contact@requirementinstantly.world and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
